LANGUAGE
The official Conference language is English.

BADGE
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their badges in a visible place. Entrance to session halls is restricted to delegates only.

VISUAL EQUIPMENT
For speaker presentations all meeting halls will be equipped with projectors and PCs. Speakers are kindly requested to check and deliver their presentation to the room operator at least 15 minutes prior to their allocated time. Personal laptops will not be allowed in order to prevent projection problems.

BANKS
Typical opening hours: Monday: 8:00-13:30 and 14:00-16:30; Tuesday: 8:00-16:30; Wednesday: 8:00-13:30 and 14:00-16:30; Thursday: 8:00-14:30; Friday: 8:00-13:30.

VISA
Tourist or business visa to Italy are not required for citizens of the European Union and, in addition, of the following Countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, South Korea, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Japan, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, Macao, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Singapore, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela. Foreigners from any other Countries are required to ask for a visa at Italian Embassies or Consulates. The application must be accompanied by a valid passport, a photo of the applicant and, if required, the specific documentation for the type of requested visa. The application must indicate: (i) travel aim; (ii) maintenance support for travel and subsistence; (iii) lodging address.
